Make sure to include your pets name - up to 20 characters - and the year he/she was born, and the year of their passing. After completing the order form your K9 Memorial will be created and shipped by UPS ground to arrive in 2 - 4 weeks. K9 Memorials are $75.00 plus $8.95 shipping and handling in the lower 48.
